SHDHS Boys & Girls Soccer Team Interest Form

The SHDHS Boys & Girls Soccer teams are trying to determine our numbers coming in for next school year so we can begin the planning process and ensure that players are on a contact list for the upcoming season. Could all returning and new players respond by no later than Sunday May 31, 2020.

Please note that this form is not the same as the Athlete Registration Process that will need to be completed for next year’s team tryouts.

Also, please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a tryout for athletes from our feeder schools. Tryouts for Middle School Athletes will be determined at the beginning of the season (on or around July 15th) once final program numbers are determined at the High School Level and once approval to do so is given by the Athletic Department for Middle School Athlete Tryouts.
