St. Henry District High School Girls Cross Country

General Information

The Cross Country team is open to any student dedicated to the team and individual improvement for long-distance running. No previous experience is necessary. There are daily practices with races scheduled once or twice a week. The season runs from early August through the state championship meet in November.
